I was flipping through my previous posts to see what I need to include or what I need to exclude (suggestions are always welcome) and some distinct patterns emerged. On the positive I don’t wear as much as black as I thought and I maybe wear too much leopard (but maybe that isn’t possible, right?) I wear it so much it has almost become a neutral, one of my favourite combinations is to combine leopard print with other bold prints (last seen here, here and here).

This is hands down one of my favourite dresses…the fit is absolutely perfect and the jersey fabric feels like you are wearing your fav tee and best of all, no wrinkles! It is Kate Spade and I nabbed when Tim and I had our little Toronto getaway (last seen here). It was a complete steal for 60% off retail value.

This dress can easily be dressed up with black pumps like I have done, throw on a tailored black blazer and you are ready to take on the big meeting and cocktails after work. Or make it totally casual with some cute kicks and a denim jacket.

This outfit is full of favourite pieces including my Dior sunglasses and the best black pumps ever by Sigerson Morrison…worth every penny.

Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday, take some extra time to enjoy your family and friends in this beautiful summer weather.

Your friend in fashion…amy.

  1. NO, not possible!

On the suggestions front, now that all the new fall stuff is starting to appear in stores it would be great to get your suggestions on new fall staples as well as taking some favorite summer pieces and how to make them fall worthy.

Speaking of which, I’ll have to book our fall consultation/shopping day soon šŸ™‚
